Why Consulting

I always get asked why I started a business instead of pursuing the internship route. The truth is I have always wanted to start a business, and consulting was the next logical step, given my education and experience. Here’s how it happened. During my sophomore year of University, I worked with the Engineering Consulting Collaborative, and I had a client who really believed in me. Over the course of a year, we developed a strong relationship, and I had a clear passion for solving problems and forging client relationships. At that point, I realized consulting was for me.

In terms of starting the business, I took a slow and sustainable approach. I started the process in October of 2021, and by the time the summer of 2022 came around, I was ready to start taking clients. I will never forget those early door-to-door sales when people looked at me like the pesky pest salesman. Little did they know I actually solve problems.
